Establishing the Enabling Conditions for Learner-Centered Transformation Course Course Overview
This course is an introduction to Learner-Centered Collaborative’s 10 enabling conditions needed for learner-centered transformation. Each module provides an overview of an enabling condition with examples from schools and districts that are leveraging this condition to enact change, resources for digging in more, and activities to think about bringing these enabling conditions to life in each participant’s unique context.
COURSE MODULES Modules will include videos, lessons, reflection activities, checks for understanding, additional resources, and a performance task to apply what you learn.

Course Competencies

Coherence
There is a shared vision including defined whole-learner outcomes and learner-centered learning experiences that are aligned with policies and resource allocation.

Culture
There is a sense of collective efficacy and high relational trust among staff and leaders with intentional capacity-building efforts.

Connectedness
The use of time, space and digital tools are optimized for connectedness and there are strong family and community partnerships.
Course Enrollment
Enrollment includes:

- Access to an online community of learner-centered educators.
- Access to team members available to answer questions within 48 hours.
- Certificate of completion upon finishing course
