We work with Guiding Coalitions that include educators, learners and community members in schools, districts, and states to align on their aspirations for learners and create a vision and plan to move forward together.

Build Capacity:

Innovation Cohorts: We support educators to design learner-centered learning communities and create personalized, competency-based, and authentic learning experiences through a combination of in-person workshops, virtual communities of practice, online courses and other resources culminating in teacher’s sharing their learning and growth through a Celebration of Learning. We facilitate a human-centered design process to develop empathy, prototype, and test big ideas that shift systems, schools, and experiences and bring your vision to life.

Design Teams: We partner with school and district teams to co-design and test big moves—such as K–12 portfolio systems, redesigned schedules, capstone projects, and reimagined professional learning. Measure Impact:

We provide tools, resources and support to identify and measure success metrics aligned to your learner-centered vision in order to show growth towards goals and impact on learners.

Discovery: We listen to learners and the community, build empathy and identify bright spots through interviews, surveys, forums and classroom visits. Learn More.
Impact Surveys and Reports: We help systems measure the impact of learner-centered efforts over time—tracking alignment across stakeholder groups, monitoring growth, and identifying opportunities to strengthen learning experiences and the enabling conditions.
