Ms. Arlyn Shelton is an educator with over 27 years of experience, specializing in student achievement, dropout prevention, and professional development. Currently a Certificated Learning and Achievement Specialist for Santa Ana USD, she has also served as an outreach consultant, instructional coach, and teacher across all school levels.

Arlyn is a doctoral candidate at Concordia University Irvine, focusing on Educational Leadership and Organizational Change. Recognized for her contributions, she has received numerous awards for her work in education and volunteerism in youth development, remaining active in both professional and community roles.
