Amplify Learner Voice Course Overview
Dive into different ways to deeply listen to learners by asking them to engage in classroom and school decisions, solicit their feedback about their learning experience and promote equity of voice.
COURSE MODULES
Modules will include videos, lessons, reflection activities, checks for understanding, additional resources and a performance task to apply what you learn.

Design a learner survey and a plan to use the feedback to inform your next steps. |

Design at least 3 learning experiences incorporating protocols or strategies to elevate learner voices equitably. |
| Module 4 Engage learners as decision makers |
Identify and plan an in- or out-of class opportunity for learners to participate in decision-making that impacts the classroom or school. |

Course Competencies
Solicit feedback
I solicit learner’s feedback about their classroom experience and use it to improve and iterate.
Promote equity of voice
I use protocols and methods to ensure all learner voices are heard.
Engage learners as decision makers
I provide opportunities for students to contribute to classroom or school-based decision-making processes.
Course Enrollment
Enrollment includes:
- 1 year of access to the course in the Thinkific platform
- Access to an online community of learner-centered educators.
- Access to team members available to answer questions within 48 hours.

MICRO-CREDENTIALS
Earn a Digital Promise micro-credential—a digital certification verifying your competence in a specific skill or set of skills.
CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS
Upon approval of your performance task receive 1.5 quarter units of post-baccalaureate, salary-scale applicable credit offered by UCSD.
