Partner with Learners to Reach Their Full Potential Course Overview
Explore ways to ensure all learners can access learning experiences equitably and are supported in their next steps in life by exploring different college and career options while building their social capital through a support network.

Modules will include videos, lessons, reflection activities, checks for understanding, additional resources and a performance task to apply what you learn.

Course Competencies
Design for equitable access
I design learning experiences that are flexible and ensure that all learners are able to equitably access, engage with and share their learning
Prepare learners for their next step in life
I provide age-appropriate and individualized career exploration, planning and connections counseling to help each learner to explore, plan and take the necessary steps to navigate their path in college, career and life.
Create a support network
I teach learners about the value of positive networks and supportive communities and help them build networks to achieve their academic and career goals
Course Enrollment
Enrollment includes:
- 1 year of access to the course in the Thinkific platform
- Access to an online community of learner-centered educators.
- Access to team members available to answer questions within 48 hours.
- Certificate of completion upon finishing course

Earn a Digital Promise micro-credential—a digital certification verifying your competence in a specific skill or set of skills.
CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS

Upon approval of your performance task receive 1.5 quarter units of post-baccalaureate, salary-scale applicable credit offered by UCSD.
