As a Superintendent, the pressures, stress, and accountability can be overwhelming. My experience at the Lone Rock Leadership Summit was life-altering and has provided me with a new perspective on leadership, a greater awareness of others, and a renewed focus on self-preservation for a better version of myself. The connections I forged with fellow leaders, who are now lifelong friends, are invaluable.
During my time at Lone Rock, I met new people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences and I connected with them all in different ways. Together, we explored our motivations, shared our struggles, cried together and lifted each other up. We connected to the beautiful land around us, ate amazing food, challenged our bodies physically, and had fun!.
