Leadership

Our Team:
Our team is comprised of curious and ambitious education leaders ranging from former Superintendents to innovative high school principals. Our 21 full-time staff members work tirelessly to ensure all learners know who they are, thrive in community, and actively engage in the world as their best selves.
Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors at Learner-Centered Collaborative plays a critical role in guiding the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission, vision, and values. Board members provide fiduciary oversight, thought partnership, and serve as ambassadors to help expand our impact in evolving education ecosystems to be more learner-centered.
Advisory Council:
Our Advisory Council is made up of distinguished leaders who generously volunteer their time and expertise. By participating in group meetings, they provide valuable insights that help guide our mission. Their service is voluntary and unpaid, reflecting their deep commitment to learners and the creation of thriving learning communities.
LC Innovators:
The Learner Centered (LC) Innovators is a select group of instructionally-minded educators ranging from classroom teachers to teachers on special assignments to administrators. These leaders are engaged pioneers in learner-centered education who are committed to transforming learner outcomes. This volunteer group comes together virtually throughout the academic year to elevate, celebrate, and amplify their work.
