While your educators earn a job-embedded M.Ed
Build a vanguard of teacher leaders, instructional coaches, and building leaders in your district with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to help drive toward a learner-centered, competency-based education model in classrooms and the system. This unique program from 2Revolutions and Learner-Centered Collaborative builds coherence and capacity throughout teams and districts and provides the opportunity for educators to earn a 30-credit M.Ed or a 15-credit certificate.
Educators Create What They Experience
This program was designed to model with adult-learners the experiences we want for young learners. Firmly rooted in the learning sciences and our belief that learning should be authentic, personalized, competency-based, and inclusive, the program centers around meeting the core competencies in ways that are meaningful and authentic to each educator. Participants progress through the program at their own pace, working through challenges and goals specific to their work.

I couldn’t have been more pleased to be part of all of the presentations for learning. It was apparent that the staff we have enrolled in these classes are pushing themselves and each other and want to become leaders in CBE. As a district, the more people we have with a greater understanding of CBE is only going to accelerate our ability to accomplish our goals in a more efficient and effective manner.
-Assistant Superintendent
The members of the CBE cohort have not only demonstrated their increase in understanding about CBE, but I have seen evidence of these participants using newly gained skills with students in the classrooms. This supports our goal to implement a system of CBE throughout our district in a way that further develops collegial relationships and builds capacity from within our schools.

Our 27 educators entered this program as teachers and assistant principals; they have emerged 18 months later as leaders. I see the impact in classrooms which is critical. But, the reason we invested in the program was for a broader, more systemic impact. I am seeing that in buildings, with these leaders shifting culture and structure to enable more student-centered learning. Phenomenal!
