Dawn Aguila is a program specialist in the Teaching and Learning Department at Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) with 23 years of experience in education. She supports professional learning and induction programs for teachers and administrators through the TIPS department.

Previously, Dawn taught for 15 years in general and special education and worked as a consultant for McGraw-Hill, helping educators nationwide. A Cognitive Coaching Agency trainer, she believes in building capacity in teachers and students alike. Passionate about student-centered learning, she is dedicated to serving the SAUSD community, where she grew up and began her educational journey.
