Professional Learning Specialist

Holly Stipe

Holly is a Professional Learning Specialist at Learner-Centered Collaborative whose passion for learner-centered education stems from her own school experiences, the mentors who inspired her to innovate, and the learners who taught her to continually grow as a classroom teacher.

Prior to joining LCC, Holly dedicated over two decades to teaching elementary and middle school English, where she prioritized creating nurturing learner-centered environments that support the holistic development of each child through Universal Design for Learning (UDL), data-driven practices, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). A National Board Certified Teacher, she has collaborated with teams to re-imagine educational practices and lead professional development workshops aligned with district initiatives. Holly is committed to empowering educators to design impactful experiences that enable learners to discover their identities and thrive as their authentic selves in an ever-evolving world.

Holly lives in Carlsbad, CA with her husband, two daughters, a horse and dog. Together, they enjoy biking along the coast, visiting local dog parks, cheering for their favorite sports teams, and relishing the sweet aroma of the barn that only fellow horse enthusiasts can appreciate.
