Director, Strategic Partnerships

Kelly Williams

Kelly has spent her whole career in education because she loves learning and believes in the power of education. She’s taught English in traditional high schools, Humanities through project-based learning at High Tech High, worked as an instructional coach, led professional learning, and stepped into the world of CTE. No matter the role, her heart is in working alongside educators to create classrooms where every learner feels like they belong and can be their full, thriving selves.

At LCC, she gets to do more of what she loves, which is partnering with schools and districts to design meaningful learning experiences and cheer educators on as they try new things. Her favorite projects are the ones that start with listening deeply to students and families.

Outside of work, she finds joy in her family—they’re her happy place. She feels most like herself outside, especially in Colorado’s changing seasons. A lifelong soccer player, she now loves watching her daughter tear it up on the field. She also loves reading, writing, baking, yoga, and trying new things. She’s a learner at heart and loves the idea that she’ll always be growing.
