Traci Dove is Senior Vice President at the Pahara Institute, where she has led the building of diverse and supportive cohort communities, expanding the Pahara network from 300 to over 1000 leaders touching millions of students in the United States. Her work currently focuses on developing leaders in the skill and art of moderating and holding space for transformation, an embodied practice of stewarding belonging, growth, and change.

A firm believer in the power of values-driven leadership to transform teams, organizations, and inequitable systems, Traci has spent over two decades curating and holding adult learning spaces and connecting bold and creative leaders to executive opportunities in K12 nonprofit organizations and institutions of higher learning. Her career journey includes organizations such as A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Bellwether, and KPMG.

Traci is a Pahara Fellow and moderator, and moderates for the Aspen Institute’s Youth Action Forum and other organizations and programs in the fields of education and leadership development. She resides in the Denver area, where she can frequently be found with a book in hand, enjoying expansive views of the Rocky Mountains.
