This has pushed me to actually implement something. I’ve become very frustrated with apathy lately so this pushes me past giving up.
I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and better understanding of student-centered learning and ways to incorporate it into my classroom.
I loved having the opportunity to see other classrooms and talk with teachers who teach my content area.
I love having the opportunity to see real teaching in real time in other schools. It is so much more beneficial than getting a formal presentation.
LCC is immensely supportive and positive. They understand how crucial it is for teachers simply to talk to other teachers–administrators are too often afraid to give “free time” like that, but it’s what teachers often need more than anything: collaboration time.
